Squadio — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Squadio mobile app and related services ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Squadio is operated by the app publisher ("we", "us"). Contact us at lameira@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Squadio. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise harmful.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
Scrape, reverse-engineer or otherwise misuse the Service.
Impersonate another person or entity.

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you create (e.g. ratings, comments). By submitting content you grant us a licence to store and display it within the Service for the purpose of running the app. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

6. Payments

Certain features may require payment. All charges are described in the app at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via our payment partner (Revolut). We do not store your card details. Refund requests are handled per applicable law and app store policies.

7. Intellectual property

The Squadio name, logo and all original content, features and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app or by emailing lameira@gmail.com.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date above when changes are made.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

Deves ter pelo menos 13 anos para usar o Squadio.

A tua conta

És responsável pela segurança da tua conta e por toda a atividade que ocorra sob ela.

Uso aceitável

Não podes usar o Serviço para fins ilegais, publicar conteúdo abusivo, tentar aceder a sistemas sem autorização ou fazer engenharia reversa da app.

Pagamentos

Algumas funcionalidades podem ser pagas. Os pagamentos são processados pelo Revolut. Não armazenamos dados de cartão. Reembolsos conforme a legislação aplicável.

Rescisão

Podemos suspender o teu acesso por violação dos Termos. Podes eliminar a tua conta a qualquer momento na app ou por email em lameira@gmail.com.

Lei aplicável

Estes Termos são regidos pela lei portuguesa.
