Delete your Sided account

This page explains how to delete your Sided account and what data is removed.

Option 1 — In the app

Open Sided and go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email flameirauk@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my Sided account".

We verify ownership of the account and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, email and photo.
Your ratings, attributes, age and goalkeeper setting.
Your group memberships, registrations, team placements, votes, peer ratings and injuries.
Your device push tokens and chat messages.

Groups you own are transferred to another member, or deleted if you are the only member.

What may be retained

Aggregated, non-identifying records (e.g. a past match's final score) may remain so other players' history stays intact. Data we must keep by law is retained only as long as required.
